Text Club terms

The Cool River Text Club sends wash offers and car wash updates to customers who choose to join. You must be at least 18 and provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.

By checking the signup consent box, you agree to recurring automated promotional texts from Cool River Car Wash. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

We may send a verification code when you request it. Verification confirms control of your number. A signup form submission alone does not guarantee that a coupon has been issued.

Welcome wash offer

The welcome offer is 50% off an eligible single wash when the program and its coupon campaign are active. Each phone number can receive one welcome coupon. Each code is for one-time use and must be accepted by the wash system.

Your issued coupon shows its eligible wash, expiration and redemption instructions. The coupon is not cash. Eligibility and whether discounts can be combined follow the Sonny’s campaign configured for that code. A draft offer or pending signup is not a redeemable coupon. A code expires at the date shown on the coupon.

Leaving or rejoining

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the Text Club. You can also use our unsubscribe form. A cancellation does not create another welcome offer. If you previously unsubscribed, text START to the same Text Club number to rejoin. Existing consent and phone verification records may be required. Verification texts requested by you are separate from promotional messages.

Reply HELP for program assistance and a link to these terms. You can also ask a Cool River wash attendant for help. Program availability and offers may change. Existing issued codes remain subject to their stated expiration and the wash campaign.

Privacy notice

We collect the name you choose to provide, your phone number, signup and consent records, verification results, opt-out requests, coupon status and message delivery information. Our service providers may also process technical information used to prevent abuse and deliver messages.

We use this information to operate the Text Club, verify phone ownership, deliver offers, prevent duplicate welcome coupons, honor opt-outs and resolve delivery or redemption issues.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared for those purposes. Providers such as Twilio process information only to operate verification and messaging. Sonny’s wash software validates wash codes and records redemption.

Customer information is kept in the protected operations dashboard. Connection credentials are stored encrypted and are not included in the customer website. We retain consent, coupon and suppression records as needed to operate the program, honor unsubscribe requests and address disputes. No system can guarantee absolute security.
